No Contact ("we," "us") operates the website nocontact.com and the No Contact mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information on the website

Our website is primarily educational content. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your personal information.

Information in the app

Your streak, journal entries, mood, and urge logs are stored on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.

The AI coach

When you chat with the in-app AI coach, the messages you send are transmitted to our backend and to third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter, Google, and OpenAI) solely to generate a response. Sign-in is anonymous; we do not require your name or email to use the coach.

Third parties

We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication and to power the AI coach. AI providers process coach messages under their own terms. We encourage you not to share information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.

Children

No Contact is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
